5 Star tuner
Well I finally did it! I have been reading about 5 Star tunes for several months now and I finally bit the bullet!! 
I have had the Superchips tuner since about a week after they came out and have had good and bad results. I have updated it several times over the months and had issues with it shifting into 6th gear, last week it wouldn't shift at all because the speedo wouldn't work and this weekend when I updated it again it surges like crazy!! I am so done with it!
I am really looking forward to the new tuner. I ordered the 91 performance/tow, 91 performance only and 87 fuel economy tune. I have been reading good things about Mike @ 5 Star for several years and I can't wait to try them out!

I just recieved an email that it will be shipping out today! I am very pleased with the customer service so far. Thank you 5 Star!

Well I got my tuner today! Ordered on Sunday and got it Wednesday! Too bad my truck still runs rough so hopefully I can load the 91 tune tomorrow or Friday. Thank you 5 Star!

Does anyone else have troubles when switching from tune to tune? I will switch from custom tunes (91 performance to 87 economy) and the tune says it is uploaded but tuner states it still has 91 performance installed. When I drive it the truck still has it installed. I have to return it to stock and upload it again to get another tune to load.

I am able to go from tune to tune without returning to stock. FYI I also have 5* with his 93 PT, 87 PT and 87 Eco. I have some transmission concerns with his 93 tune and his response to my email was nothing like the customer service when I first bought. My truck is stock right now.......

My tuner experienced the same problem, have to return to stock to change tunes. Got the tuner from 5* last week also. It is on firmware version 1.2.147, which is later than the version listed on SCT website.
