He has a certain amount of PID's. He'll want some idle like 10 secs, then a WOT run, normal slow down, and I also send him some cruise logs.
If you want more partial throttle response I would say send him that, too. Keep the logs at about 1min and save them. Then add the logs as attachments. Makes sending and attaching them much easier than one LARGE file.
In the initial form the tunes are "good". After they are dialed in there is a pronounced "Night and Day" difference.

no problem...right off the top of my head, he'll want manifold pressure, all boost options, time, speed, afr bank 1 and 2, knock, rpm...and there are a few others (once you get them all just save the configuration and it'll be easier to do them again ).

Ordered my tuner from Mike(Memorial day week sale-$379 with 5 custom tunes) on last Thursday night and it was shipped on Friday and I received it today(Monday). Talk about service!! I have already loaded the 87perf/tow tune and all I can say is WOW!!! Part throttle response is great and transmission is always in the right gear going into 6th about 50mph. Full power acceleration is explosive now. Can't wait to try the 93 tune next!!! Will report back on gas mileage.

Received my SCT device from 5star today and immediately sent Mike my strategy code. I then called Mike to ensure the SCT canned tunes were already preloaded ready to be installed which he stated should be. I was excited to unlock my trucks hidden performance and I got "ECU Unsupported". What a kick in the B@lls! Now it's a waiting game,Mike! I'm sure I'll hear something in the AM but it sure would have been nice to experience the canned 87 tune today....

You probably had an update so the strategy you gave Mike that was on the little sticker of your ECM is no good. You will need to get the your most up to date strategy from your SCT device. If you don't know, here is how ----->http://www.5startuning.com/SCTFlashS...RATEGYCODE.pdf

Almost 300 miles on my new 87perf/tow tune. Loving the power and transmission calibration!!Mileage seems up almost 1mpg on my normal routes. Mine came with 6 custom tunes. I got the 87,89,91 perf/tow, 91perf only and 87 and 91 economy. Here premium is 40c+ more than 87 but 89 is only 12c more. Is there any use in loading the 89 perf/tow tune or is it about the same as the 87? I am too cheap to use 91 and afraid if I do I will addicted to the tune. LOL . How long does it take to switch from one custom tune to another after the 10 minute first time?? Thanks for the replies.

Anytime you go from or back to stock it takes 10 minutes or more. Going from tune to tune doesn't take much time at all. Roughly about 5 minutes.
