Recently had dealer replace cac, came back with new stratagy, I know the old 5* tunes will not work, will the canned tunes work and are they worth loading? Off subject, can I use the 3015 to scan another vehicle(wife's Mazda6 w/Ford 6 cyl. cel light came on)?

Granted, we only have about 50-60 miles on it since the reinstallation of the new tunes after the TSB 13-1-7 update, but man, the truck still shifts like butter - absolutely ZERO rough shifting, NONE! ....and quite honestly, it "feels" like this tune (93 performance only) is far more aggressive! I only got on it HARD once - We were doing almost 15 mph, stomped on the gas, the truck QUICKLY downshifted back into 1st and absolutely DESTROYED the tires. So I let off the gas and the truck gently shifted back into 2nd, then 3rd and so on....was GREAT! So for now, I'm (cautiously) ECSTATIC!

Just got email notification that my tuner was delivered. Ordered on April 29th. I honestly thought it would take longer coming into Canada. Looks like ill be putting 93 in on the way home!!!

Wow! I'm pretty impatient! That wait would drive me!!! I'm trying to find a reason to leave work early to go home and install it!! I'm stuck between trying the 87 econo tune or the performance tunes!!!!!

Try the 87 performance you'll be surprised lol. That's what i did.

Tried the canned 91 tune. Not bad. Didn't have the customs yet. Mike got me the customs super fast. Loaded up the 87 econo and I think it's still using the 91 canned. Came out of my daughters daycare parking lot and broke loose! Barely touched the throttle! Do the tunes not always take?

I would honestly say that the custom 87 has more power than a canned 91. I would say the tune took. For me going from custom to canned on the same octane it feels like I went all the way back to stock.
