If you noticed in their details the SF3 (3015) comes pre-loaded with SCT tunes and the X3 (3000) does not.

I hope you are right on this! I just ordered my x3 from 5* with three custum tunes and if I can jump on the Sct site and down load the three "canned" tunes it's a win win for me. We shall see later this week.
