I don't remember being told or reading a 3 day delay. It would have been nice if they had said so. The tune is ok, but the hang between shifts is very irritating around town and I get looks because my engine will be revving to 2700 rpm until I come near a complete stop then it will drop to normal. It hangs at about 3k when I upshift.

Just got my tunes and it took 3 days little bit of a wait but totally satisfied.
Got this note in the email for the race tune tried it out and smooth as butter
Performance Street and Performance Race TUNE OPTION
Special note if you choose either the Street or Race option for your performance tune. This tune is designed to shift very late keeping the rpms in the power band so that you can quickly take off at any point. (Race tune more pronounced than Street) You'll also notice downshift as you slow down. SPECIAL FEATURE OF THIS TUNE: Click the tow-haul button and the shifts will transform into more of a regular performance/economy tune allowing the vehicle to shift into the higher gears rather than holding the gear out.

Yea, I missed that one 
On another note, I got my update for my LS today but haven't been able to check it out yet. According to his notes he has adjusted what I want, hopefully enough to satisfy my needs. If not at least now I know the expected wait time so I won't be so antsy lol.
