Yup. I'm jealous. Lol. And I need to do some upgrades so I can go play.

And they have MAMR series mud drags around here. Mostly the pit, but badlands has a heads up fast track. Not sure if they run stock class on it, but I know they do in the pit. bobkyle2

I race dirt drags, i've yet to see a 5.0 or Eco at one.... We don't alaways stay till they run stock classes.

Its 150ft (most of the time) In a couple inchss of mud.... Its usually dirt by the time we start racing.
I'd be down for that but they don't really have that stuff here. We have clay pits and stuff just for fun where I raced my 8.1 sierra against a friend for fun this past weekend.

One thing to remember is that I do have the most working against me as I'm a supercrew and 4wd.

Boost weather is coming, I suspect there will be three of us doing 11.5s or better by the end of the year.

It almost sounds like you hit the rev limiter a couple of times and then it made the shift to the next gear.

Yea, I didn't hear a bog, it sounded like the 2-3 shift wasn't right.

That's correct it was the 2-3 shift. What's amazing is I still ran an 11.6. My belt jumped a rib so only raced once last night. Hoping for low 11's this weekend!

Hmm.... Mine does the same thing. What rpm does MPT have that 2-3 shift at?

After listening to it again you are hitting the rev limiter. They are either going to have to bring your shift point down or raise the rev limiter.

Put it in manual shift mode and hold the shift out in 1st gear. Don't floor it just give it enough gas to hit the rev limiter at the top of 1st gear and you will hear the same sound. It will shut off for a split second drop rpm then turn on again hit the rev limiter shut off again until you switch gears or let off the gas.

I am not sure if it cuts the fuel or the spark to limit rpm on these trucks.
