Must be the altitude!
Engine wise,
compare averages & not peak.

Air wise,
higher altitudes is less dense,
lower altitudes is more dense,
High humidity is less dense
High humidity allows the use of more timing.
High humidity reduces drag.

Thats all you got as for a personal attack? Weak!

My truck is slow (as is noted by myself) so your attempt to belittle me is mute.

Just like dyno numbers, track times can also vary greatly by density altitude...I make power but most of the time the density altitude here is 5,000FT and up. My 13.2 for example was at 5,950FT DA, I'm sure it would have been a much better time at sea level...

when did this thread turn into a bickering match? I was under the impression this thread was for posting up 1/4 mile times for 5.0 trucks.

I dont care who's truck is faster than who's, or why. I am impressed by each and every one because we are talking about 2.5-3 ton trucks that are turning times that are close to what some of the most powerful muscle cars produced used to run.

relax guys, stock bashin each other nad lets all enjoy our trucks. That is why we're all on here, right? because we love our trucks?

Again, I agree! That's old news, moving on.

Agreed except the why part. What's the point of posting mods if we don't talk about it to help other members? I don't post all my mods because the list would be very long but if people ask specifics I'd enlighten them. (I really should do a build thread and just link it to my sig)
