2011 5.0 vs 2015 5.0 HP and Tourque increses?
Anyone know if this was accomplished? Was it just through the PCM and programming or something else? I would like to know if it would be something I could do to my 2011 5.0 to increase the HP and tq.

"Improved power and efficiency, delivering 385 horsepower and 387 lb.-ft. of torque. Smart engineering enhancements such as a new long-runner intake manifold, revised intake cam duration and new pulse-separated exhaust manifolds help raise towing capability by 1,100 pounds to a maximum 11,100 pounds, and payload to 3,300 pounds."

Tune it!

The improved shifting strategy alone makes a tune worth it, regardless of relatively modest horsepower increases.

My question is, if you were to buy the parts and make the changes on an 11-14 5.0, what kind of ecm programming would you need to make it run right? I might consider doing such a thing if the cash outlay wasn't ridiculous, but is want to see the dyno charts for the two engines to make sure the added power would be where I wanted it. Specifically, down low, not at the top of the RPM band where it's useless on a truck except for bragging rights. I'm thinking these mods combined with a custom tune would be very good.
