That's what I showed the shop and they updated mine and that fixed my truck.

Sounds like your throttle body position sensor needs a reset. I think there is a procedure somewhere for this. Mine does this time to time too. like in 5th gear after letting off the gas and then getting back on it you hear it lag then take hold. I believe you turn the key on and let the dinging stop then slowly push the pedal to the floor, then let off quickly and turn it off and repeat immediately the same way 2 more times for a total of 3 times.
