Default 2014 f150 5.0 spark plug recomendation

I am almost to 70K miles on my stock 2014 f150 5.0. I want to change spark plugs before hitting the 100K recommended interval. should I stick with OEM plugs? any other recommendations?

I haven't heard anything about plugs in our 5.0s yet. OEM serve well so you can't go wrong with them.

Go with the OEM Motorcraft plugs. Rockauto will have what you need at a great price.

FWIW, I went with NGK 6509's after about 20k miles I pulled them and they look in great shape. Came pre-gapped at .044, checked each one and they were spot on.

I'm curious on this as well. My truck has just under 40k, and over the last 5-6 weeks it has taken a huge drop in mileage. By huge drop I mean almost 2 mpg, and my driving style, route, station I get gas from etc has not changed on bit. I have tried fuel from other stations with no change in mileage.. I am now averaging 14.2 mpg with an otherwise stock truck save for an exhaust. I'm thinking maybe the plugs are just worn, but t seems entirely too early for that..

I made a separate post detailing my mpg gains after cleaning maf, t/b and air filter. I'm up 1mpg over about 1200 miles. Maybe just winter fuel all the way ran through by now? But it has happened over the last few weeks.
