It started like a month ago, it did it a couple of times then yesterday it did it like every 10 minutes. It's a loud buzzing/ vibration sound it vibrates really bad behind my dash on the driver side and from the outside its really loud, it last for about 10-20 seconds, I looked around and its coming from the driver side fender and the headlight vibrates. I can only look so much cuz it only does it for a short period. This ever happen to any of you? I don't think its the motor.

There's a vacuum pump in there somewhere from what I understand. Maybe what you're hearing but it shouldn't be terribly loud.

Mine has done that since new....comes and goes. I can tell when it is the vacum pump, vacum pump is only 5-10 secs. This is a buzzing vibration coming from the dash area, maybe these two noises are related.

So do I take it to the dealer or what? Cuz its really annoying, and kinda pissing me off

Its behind the headlight right above the bumper. It shouldn't be much more than a humm for a couple seconds. This is why they moved it to run off the engine in 2013.

If you still have one and its defective, it should be.
I don't know if it's part of the bumper to bumper or the drivetrain warranty, though.

Yea the trucks pretty much brand new, has 6000 miles on it, I bought it in august.

I actually just ripped my truck apart looking for this noise and found the problem. My HID ballasts we up against the vacuum pump for the brakes and was making quite the racket.
Pump your breaks while in gear but not in motion. If it starts up then that's your problem. Simply pull your driver headlight out and it's directly underneath. Make sure nothing is in contact with the pump and you shouldn't hear it again. It sits loose and is able to pivot. If something is restricting its movement then that's what's wrong. Here's a pic I took.

O right on man thanks, Il take a look at it this weekend and try that, I'm hoping its just that.
