Had this same problem with my '11 SCREW, 3.7 Cyclone, 52k miles. Took the TSB printout along with some info on another thread to my dealer. They were able to pull the code and it matched the TSB, so we knew what we were dealing with. The next problem was the fact that I had 52,000 miles, so I was out of B2B warranty. My dealer worked with Ford to put it under my powertrain warranty, so no charge to me. Thanks to all who contributed on this thread as my truck is back on the road without any problems and at no out-of-pocket money to me.

Had same deal happen to my 2012 2wd STX. They replaced the "Lead Frame" problem solved for almost a year now.
