2012 5.0 engine issue

2012 5.0 engine issue
The check engine light in my truck recently illuminated. I had the local auto store scan the code and I had two p219b(imbalance air/fuel ratio bank 2), and p2098( bank 2 post catalylist fuel trim system to lean). I researched as much as i can and havent found anything related to this issue. I bought a scan tool with mode 6 and will run the live data this evening but does anyone have an idea what is causing it? Oh also the truck is bone stock with 76,000 miles.
