I have the exact same noise periodically on cold start up as the fist video on this thread. Very frightening. Will be following- and booking my 2011 SCREW Platinum in ASAP!!

My thought is there is a check valve somewhere that is getting gummed up and not holding pressure. Certainly would explain why some have it sometimes and orientation seems to play a part.

Drain it into your MT plastic coffee cup every morning after warm ups.

Well I dropped off my truck yesterday evening and the advisor should be looking at it now. Wish I could be there but I'm working 12 hours a day 6 days a week right now, oil field life.

I'm confident that they will remedy the condensation issue with the inter cooler (hopefully) but I'm not too confident about them with this issue. My advisor wasn't even there last night so I had another advisor sign my truck in. I tried to tell him to make sure the advisor and/or tech had their head under the hood for the VERY FIRST start in the morning, but since he wasn't my advisor, I could tell that went in one ear and right out the other.

Once they give me a call and tell me what's going on I'll let yall know.

...your truck has already been in the shop right? Can't remember if it had and what all they did.

I dropped mine off on Monday evening after work, was scheduled for 8am Tuesday morning. Here we are at 2pm on Wednesday and they still haven't diagnosed or even looked at my truck yet.

Mine has been into the shop where they diagnosed the noise as "internal engine noise/timing chain noise". Ford Engineering advised no repairs at this time and said to monitor oasis for future updates.
