Default Stretched timing chain code

I had this "rattling" at start-up and only replaced the timing chain, not evens the tensioners that were still looking good. Also cleaned at same time the phasers solenoid valves that were full of cast debris. This was more than 50k km ago and still no "rattle" at start-up.
Stretched timing chain will have a "whipping effect" on phasers at start-up. Leaking oil from phasers sitting for a while will produce "rattling" on start-up.
Both TSB are related to the same issue. Not sure at all that somebody here had this stretched chain code without hearing any "rattle" at start-up.

First I've heard of having new engines put in.

My oil still reeks of gas. Oil level looks to be up a quart.

I was at a dealer with a friend today and I told a salesman that I traded my 2011 ecoboost for a 2016 5.0. I mentioned the timing chain and Condensation issues being part of the reason I decided to trade my 2011 in. He started arguing with me that I would be the first person ever to come to his dealership that had a problem with an ecoboost engine. I told him to go home and Google it, he then told me Google doesn't equate to real world problems. I also asked him about the tsb's Ford put out for these problems and he told me that ford puts out tsb's for isolated incidents all the time. What a clown!

Similar experience. Really hard to find a 5.0, the dealer asked why not a eco boost he seemed surprised to hear about the chain issue. Either playing stupid, or he really didn't know.

To mj0502,
Gas in oil: The high pressure mechanical fuel pump mounted on the driver side valve cover must be leaking? Have it replace since it can damage your motor.

For those that have had the phasers and chain done, how many miles do you have on your truck since the repair with no more rattling and better driveability? I have 60k miles of rattle on my truck, 142k miles total, and 35k since they did my timing chain that didn't fix it. I may break down and get this done, not sure yet. I still am uncertain it's going to fix my driveability issues

I'm coming up around 5000Km, soon as the snow is gone changing out the semi synthetic that the dealer likely put in after doing the work and going back to Penzoil Platinum. Zero noises from the chain/ phasers. However I believe my drivers side exhaust manifold is warped... but that's another issue.
