Default 2011 Ecoboost Boost Leak Test

I have a 2011 Ecoboost with 215K km. I bought myself a boost leak tester and tested. I found one on the valve cover and I can hear a few more, including one beside around the brake booster, my PVC valve must leak because it popped my oil dip stick out. What have others found that are common?

Have you checked all of the hose clamps on the intercooler pipes to see if they are tight?

We used a standard leak down tester with adjustable regulator. The engine is completely stripped down to the heads. Tested each pot by visually rotating the crank pulley until we could see that the cam lobes were not pushing down on the lifters - therefore valves would be fully closed.

Then fired air down each spark plug hole and it rushed out of the inlet port on the head on the corresponding cylinder that we were testing.

We then repeated this on all 6 cylinders.
