That works well with the ecoboost. To get a good 60', you have to launch in 4WD because of the monster torque those things produce. Unfortunately, our 5.0's don't work that way from what I have experienced.
Went to the track launching in 4WD and my best run was 14.8; went back out and my best time was 14.0 launching in 2WD. DA calculation was nearly identical ... even a little better the first time out.
Going back out tomorrow with my tune tweaked, so, I should be easy 13's with good track prep.

That time cant be real. That is truely a insane time. You ran it in 4 wheel drive all the way down the track and still trapped almost 95....and you are completely stock? Do you run 87 or 93 gas?

The guys saying they use 4wd have it in 4 only until it shifts and then they are popping it back into 2wd. Nobody (to my knowledge) is running 4wd for the whole 1/4 mile.

LOL Only kidding....I bet you had TC on though, it can really hurt your 60' times.
I've been to the track once, made 3 passes. The first one I had T/C on, I brake boosted and when I launched the tires started to spin, TC kicked in and the truck fell on it's face.
2nd pass turned off TC lowered the air pressure to 28 lbs, brake boosted and launched. Spun the tires for about 20 feet and ran a 14.5 at 95 mph.
3rd pass lowered the rear tire pressure to 22 lbs, did a short burnout, brake boosted the same way, hooked up great and ran a 14.32 at 94 mph with a 2.0 60'.
A 2WD launch will work great with a stock truck, but you have to turn off TC and lower the rear tire pressure....and the track has to be prepped decent.
Give it a try, and good luck next time out!

Isthatahemi posted a great write-up on shifting the 6R80 from 4x4 to 4x2 under load. Though the display might indicate the shift occurs, it doesn't ... at least not on my 5.0L. I proved this to myself by consistently picking up .8 in the 1/4. Could be an ecoboost thing, but, I don't believe it would be any different (IMO).
