Have you considered an aftermarket intercooler, that might save you so much bitterness for a few coins. Yes Ford should step up and truly fix it, but its not going to happen.

I got the newier IC and pretty sure its lost some oomph, and slower to respond to the throttle than before. The time will come when I too will switch over to an aftermarket.....Just to save possible bitterness

Yep I did that right after the last tsb update because it was still misfiring. It no longer misses but my mileage is crap

I regapped mine this morning. It smoothed out the idle but its still lacking power.

I broke down and ordered the SCT tuner last night. Hopefully this corrects all of the issues I'm having with my truck.
