Mine started making noise. I called my service guy Monday, he got me in Wednesday and I had the truck back in 4hrs.

There is a new updated pump. It was not replaced with another "defective" design.

Was told today this is on 'National Backorder' as Im having the same issues. Anyone had decent turn around time on this? The thought of driving around and losing the brake assist is a bit scary. Plus this is my DD.... sooooo yea.

I have read conflicting information if this issue was resolved on the 2013 models or not. I know 2014 got the new pump design, but haven't been able to confirm if it was changed for all or some of the 2013's. Can anyone confirm this for sure? Thanks.

Pump just arrived, truck goes in tomorrow. Ill verify if mine is this part number. I was told by someone that knows that the part is from the Czech republic. My dealer was told it was the latest part for the truck, and that it was dropped shipped so if there was a new part this should be it.

sqidd, can you look and see if the new pump looks like the old pump? Did the dealer happen to comment on what was different?

It seems like a lot of folks loose their pumps after winter and it warms up.

I didn't see the old pump, and I didn't see the new pump. No dealer comment.
