'11 EB Mileage - Not a new subject, but
Just a data point for anyone interested. My wife and I took a 3389 mile r/t San Diego, CA to San Antonio, TX in the F-150 to see how we are going to like living in it during long tow trips this summer. We did some country road stuff and city driving in San Antonio, Tyler and Fort Worth. I pushed it to 80-85 mph every chance I got on the highway. Over all average for the entire trip was 19.2 mpg.
Even at 80, it wanted to do better than that average, but we pulled some big climbs on cruise, which, as you know, kicks the crap out of your mpg!

So you took a road trip from SD to San Antonio, and just casually ended up only 6 hours NE of San Antonio LOL!! The only reason I ask is because I grew up 30 miles south of Tyler in a little town of Henderson, Texas. In fact, if you took 79 from Austin then you might have went through it? Either way, good gas mileage overall, hope you had a good time in Texas!!

Yeah, Texas was a blast. San Antonio was our stop for our Superformance Cobra Convention. We talked about engines and performance for four days and visited a couple car museums. The rest was visiting friends. The truck will be used to two the Cobra to events this summer mostly.
