Couldn't agree more. I'll be buried with the keys...one set anyway...my son will keep the car! My daughter will keep the 65.

I'm going to give it a go this spring. I built some 4:10's for it this summer that I will put in this winter. Should get there with those. I have added CalTrac bars since it went down the track 6 months ago as well. Biggest problem is...I get one good try before I get run off for not having a 6 point. I am not going to mess with the tune. It took two days of dyno work to get to where we are. Lots of jetting and timing. The MSD box actually gets boost feedback from the carb enclosure. It has O2 sensors in the exhaust as well that come into play.

0-60 in 5.5 in an EB truck!! Outstanding!! That is approaching, if not the same times as my Pontiac G8 GT was in stock form!! Fast as hell for a heavy 4x4 truck!!

Definitely want to see this on a drag strip with lights and a completely flat surface. Indeed, it does look fast but speedos can be off...could be very slightly downhill...hand timing off a video is well, not that accurate...ect.

Drives great. I'm not in love with the way the trans upshifts very quickly to the next gear. The tuner seems to have it trying to get to the next gear as quick as possible under light acceleration. If you accelerate moderately it is fine. I'm on the highway 95% of the time so its really not an issue. The 70 mph kick down is impressive! I'm on a lot of highways that are 2 lane and the passing power is just silly!

I will take it to the strip in the spring with one of the Stangs and see what she will do. I'm pretty sure we are closed for the season here. The runway I was on has a very slight dip in the middle, but it is pretty flat...a typical runway.

Would like to see that...it indeed looks like 0-60 in 5.7 and 100 in a tick under 14...impressive no doubt.
