I had the AVS in-channel on my 05 FX4 but this time I put The AVS SEAMLESS on my New FX4. In-channel is good choice for your model

In channel definitely give you cleaner look, that's what I have. Had stick on version on my 95 explorer, besides looking bulkier one eventually came off and left nasty residue above my window on the passenger side rear....

I just got a set of the in channel and already having issues on the first window. I have 2011 and really prefer the look of the in channel, any suggestions to getting them to work with the safety stop?

I suggest trashing the clips that they send with them after the initial 24h period. They seem to cause more binding than function.... At least thats what it seems like on my 09

Search: avs seamless here on the Forum and you'll see how those look. I've got them and
I like how it gives the cab a lower profile look.

Are they stick on or in channel? I really like them but I probably won't take the in channels off that I already have just for a new set....

Default In channel

2011 auto windows no problem with in channel and looks much sharper, Just another opinion.
