There are many different levels, qualities, and performance of tint -- an $80 tint is a very different thing than a $300 tint which is also not the same as a $600 tint...

I was quoted $430 for my supercrew cab. That included the rear glass/slider window, all four door windows, and the windshield, with their ceramic heat reducing tint. They said it was their top of the line option.

That sounds like a solid price.

I got the front windows to match the rest of the truck (ceramic) for $90. I would be interested in the clear front to cut down on the heat and UV rays for sure! Anybody have recommendations for the Austin area?

Mother's sells a good ceramic.

So does Sun Tint on Koenig. I had my Mercedes done there, and the tint lasted 7 years before it started to bubble (and that was the tiniest bubbles).

I ended up getting Suntek CXP. Not ceramic from my understanding, but still has heat reducing and UV blocking properties. I put 55% on the windshield. Here you can see the difference as my front door windows are not tinted yet.
