Default What steps are needed most

Hey guys. Im in the market for a blower to install on my 2003 F-150 5.4L super crew work truck. Been wanting a little bit more power on the highway and on my bottom end so I decided to buy a supercharger. But before I get it installed what parts should be beefed up or replaced? Lifters, rods, camshaft, taller gear ratio? Please give some feedback, Thank you!

Ignore techrep. Hes no automotive techrep and probably has no clue what a blower is.
He just likes to be a DICK to newbies

I had the engine completely rebuilt at 191,000 miles a month ago, has 1000 on the new rebuild from driving from east Texas to west Texas from work and home.
