Question Weathertech Digital Fit Floor Liners: Question

Picked up a set of the Weathertech Digital Fit Floor Liners for my '13 FX2
I'm having an issue with the floor liner lifiting not sitting flush or close to flush on the door edge - It's actually lifted by about half inch on both the driver and passengers liners and I'm not sure if this is how they are supposed to fit or are they supposed to lay flat (or close to flat)

Any feedback from Members who have them would be appreciated

TIA

I heated mine up with a heat gun and formed them to fit

I don't have a heat gun, do you think a hair dryer would do the trick?

Default WeatherTech Fit/No-Fit

Could be you've received the wrong item # for your particular model; looks like the mat's overlapping the sill place by a good margin.

WeatherTech mats fit nicely--but not precisely, regardless of what the ad copy says. Still, they're probably better than whatever's #2 out there.

I've attached a pic of mine and you'll note the L edge is about even will the sill trim plate. It's sitting a little high since I've left the factory mat under it for whatever additional noise deadening it might give. See if WT will make some sort of adjustment for you before you smoke 'em with a heat gun, although a blow dryer won't generate enough heat to do much for you.

Thanks for the picture, I agree mine don't look like your picture - I've attached a picture of the box information which looks to be correct
