Default Under rear seat storage

I found a plastic under seat storage box for 180 bucks, but decided that's alot for a piece of plastic. Sooo for 25 bucks and a little time I took this into my own hands, what do you think?
Worth the time? Or should I have gone plastic?
Angle iron, diamond plate, and spray on undercoating.

Nice job! I thought of building my own too, but I'd use wood as I haven't a welding machine or a decent cutter.
