Are most of you having to change the gap in your spark plugs when going to a performance tune? I am reading that the f150 ecoboost runs better when set to .030. Was trying to figure out if I need to do this before tuning it.

Is a tuner worth the money if you have a stock truck with no mods? I'm looking to increase MPG, not really too concerned about HP. Or are there other options for increase MPG like CAI?

It literally has the best $:Horsepower ratio you can get in an aftermarket product IMO.

I may be biased but I agree. Tuner for best overall performance and better daily driving and exhaust for the sweet rumble

And I feel like my Edge added more power than it claimed honestly but just to make the numbers crunch easier. Lets say that it did only add 35HP. I payed $350 for it, that's a 10:1 $:HP ratio. Show me any other mod that will get you 1HP at $10!

I think Im going with MPT when Im ready.

It definitelytook a long time to get my tunes, I opted to get their Stage 1 performance package which included the CAI and the exhaust. I think it took almost 15 weeks to get mine. But I wasn't in a rush either.

Hope this helps.

Love my inTune. The 93 canned tune is great. It removes any throttle delay, adds great power all throughout the RPM range. The shifting is firmed up considerably. I like the interface and ease of use with the programmer. It also comes pre-tuned for different CAIs and updates are super easy. I told myself I would bump down to the 87 performance tune but screw it. I love the 93 and I am not looking back, except to see how far the other guy is behind me lol.
