Today I filled up with 93 octane but haven't driven enough to see what the difference will be. I'll post back up when the tank is empty.

I assume you are talking about the Edge transmission tune. It does simply that, it alters the shifting of the transmission and does not do any adjustments to the PCM that effect engine performance. Basically same engine parameters as stock, with firmer shifts.
Ordering my edge evolution Thursday. May not be the best out there, but its in my price range, simple enough for me to use, and will fit my driving (don't need extreme towing or power gains, just more mpg's and smoother shifts). What is the difference between the edge and the gryphon? is the edge canned tunes and the gryphon custom? who makes the gryphon? cause it looks like a different colored edge

Bill used to work for Edge, but then got into customizing them for customers. Since it's been modified, it can't be sold as an Edge Evolution anymore.
