Xcal3 with Troyer tunes.

But currently I have pulled the AF1 intake and reinstalled the stock intake and programming because of the problem I had with my cats. I just installed a new set of cats and so far my exhaust tip is clean even after driving 300 miles along with no more check engine light. Before I had them replaced I was getting the P0420 and P0430 codes and my exhaust tip was getting black after driving 200 miles. Right now, until I either have my truck put back on a dyno or at least until I do some data logging I am not reinstalling them. I still don't know why it happened after only driving the truck 5K miles since the exhaust, intake and tunes were installed at Troyer Performance... and I'm sure Dynatech won't be warranting these things twice.

I'm running the Superchips on my 04. Mileage is up to 18.2 from 16mpg. Good power gains across the board. Under WOT it shifts into second at 42mph (and chirps the tires), and shifts into third at 80. The response is crisp. Even when I'm driving "normally" it's like driving a different truck.
I know that alot of the people here are running the sct and say it's better, honestly I didn't know about the sct before I bought this. I'm just saying that for someone who doesn't want to get into making their own programs and just wants to "plug and play" the Superchips is a good choice. I've been really happy with it.

Must have some hard shifts to chirp the tires at 42mph. Most times these trucks just get what sounds like a belt squeal that happens at shift point.

Pretty impressive... Bit hard to believe, but mine has 22's not as easy to break loose.

Guess I should turn up the shift firmness on my SCT. Right now I just have it at +5%.

Add my LiveWire to the list. Sure is fun to do brain surgery on my truck.

Default Edge Evolution 2004 4.6 w/limited performance mods

I have had the Edge Evo for 5 months now and have run 93 octane level 3 with custom gear, tire and shift firmness inputs. I increased the shift firmness by 10% for each shift point as I prefer the "punch" in between gears, and the wear and tear it saves my transmission (almost like having a shift kit without having a shift kit )

I feel like my truck drives and performs how it should now, and I feel like I am driving a completely different truck due mainly to the Edge. The 4 section digital gauge display paired with the code scan functionality built in definitely makes me feel good about the money spent for the programmer.

I know that the xCal is probably the forum favorite, and I hope someday to upgrade when I am hungry for more power again, but am currently extremely satisfied.
