Funny you say that. I have an '11 Lariat with the 6.2, and I have a Livewire. I have tunes from 5* and MPT, which I like. But I wanted to try some more. After a little research I decided to give SSi a try. People were saying customer service was good with getting their tune zoned in, etc.. So, I thought I'd give them a try. On Aug. 3rd. I went to the website and purchased the 2 for 1 deal at $195.00. I ordered a 93 Performance and a 93 Tow tune. By the 9th. I hadn't received them or received any contact. So I went to the contact page at the website and sent an inquiry. On the 11th. I called and the phone just rang. Of course when I called it may of been after hours. On the 14th. I sent an email. I still haven't heard a thing from anyone at SSi. Tomorrow I'm gonna try to call again. I should of heard Something by now, even if just to say "we're really busy dude". I'd really like to try these tunes that I've been hearing about. But If I can't get ahold of someone I may cancel my credit card payment. We'll see..........

Just so people will no. Today is the Sept. 13th. I ordered two custom tunes on Aug. 3rd. Six weeks and still nothing from SSi. I've sent several contact messages on the website. I've sent several emails. I've called more than once with no answer. There even have been two very nice people on this forum, who have taken it upon themselves to step in on my behalf, and still nothing from SSi. Yes, I will be cancelling the payment.

Does SCT have the X4 for the 2017 2.7 EB?

7015 Is the part number For all Ford trucks... Just plug it in make sure the Wi-Fi is on and it Wil pull the proper tune file itself... At least that's what mine did and I've had my X4 for the last 4 year's and two trucks... Its now on my current 16' f150

The 17 2.7 isn't supported yet with the preloaded SCT tunes ( they are working on it ) so can only tune with a custom tune at the moment for the 17 2.7

No idea. I know they are working on it but it could be released in a week or 4 months from now.

The SCT x4 is by far the best tuner I have used, and I have used it on plenty different engines. It has some pretty cool features like cloud storage for extra tunes, which comes in handy if your using it on a few different vehicles. I wrote an in depth review on it if anybody is interested, just Click Here.
Im pretty familiar using the STC and if anybody needs any help or questions answered I would be more than happy to help

Are the '17 3.5EB now available on SCT X4s, custom tuning? I heard from Five Star Tuning that the reason for custom tunes not being available yet is because of a licensing thing. So to get a custom tune on a '17 would have to be using the NGage.
