I just got my SCT X4 last week and I'm thrilled with it and the mileage increase I've seen thus far. I pulled my mini excavator to a job yesterday (about a 11k load behind the truck) and I used the canned towing 65HP tune. Hard to calculate mileage going from job site to job site but I think I easily got about 1MPG better than normal and the power felt great.

I just lifted and added some 35" and ive noticed a pretty decent loss of performance, doesnt have that pep in its step like it use to. Hoping a tune would regain some of that and maybe a regear to 4.10/4.11. Trying to balance mpg, performance, and drive train pretty sure im gonna have to sacrifce something.

I'm looking at these two for my 2017 F150 Lariat 502A 3.5 EcoBoost and which one would you suggest? I'm also looking at the N Gauge as well. Here is my truck just in the midst of moving so it needs to be cleaned

I have a SCT X4, but from what I've read, the new 10 speed trannys don't play well with it. From the research that I have done, the NGauge is the best for the 10 speeds.

I have seen many problems on the 10 speed F150/SCT/Bully\Dog combinations. Enough to steer me away to NGuage or possibly EZLynk when it gets unlocked for custom tunes. More expensive yes but also more future proof from contact I have. KM

Anyone know if these problems still exist with the SCT devices?

You should talk to you tuners about it.
