As a few other members have stated, you have a few options but are a little more limited when utilizing both a tonneau cover and cross bar set up. The Pace Edwards are also a great option, as you have the ability to add the explorer rails to either the Full Metal or the standard Jackrabbit, or go with the Ultragroove series, which has the rails integrated into the cover. Thule has a load bar kit that is already designed to work with either option as well 65" cross bar to work with either.

As another member stated too, the Retrax XR series rails are just now available for pre sale. They are expected to ship mid-August but will use a similar design to the Pace Edwards Ultragroove, as the T-slot rails are integrated into the cover rail. Truck Covers USA has a Yakima track that can be installed into their American Roll Cover and Yakima has a designed load bar kit to accommodate that as well. For a more unique design, Undercover offers the Ridgelander, which is an one piece cover that has a T-slot rail integrated into the cover, and includes the Rhino Rack mounts and Vortex bars already included.

Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions,

I have the Truck cover USA and love it, it was a little more expensive than some of the other brands, but I am super happy with the product so far. I dont have any pictures of the racks on the cover but i have pics of the rails and landing pads. I havent installed the bike racks yet, but use the ski racks and cargo basket all the time.

I love TCU covers myself too. They're one of our only retractable covers that have to ship freight because of their weight and size. They're beefy and heavy duty. Looks great on your truck.

Thanks. the other thing I really like about the TCU is its small footprint, its hardly takes up any space in the bed. There's at least a foot and a half of clearance between the box and the bed. Also really like how they open, I did'nt like the flip up lever of most other covers, having the pull system under the cover allows it to be locked without using the key to lock the cover(the tailgate is locked).

That's a nice looking setup. Really what I had in my mind when I started my search. As it turned out, it was just a bit more money than I had planned for. Thanks for sharing!
