Default Throttle Body Spacers

Haven't seen any reviews on spacers. Does anyone have them and do they really work?

I tried one...still have it on the truck too. But yeah^^^^what these guys said. I fell for the hype. Only diference was sound. Also I get 1.5 mpgs better...but I honestly think that's just me driving better now, than when I 1st bought my truck.
