I would like to put a supercharger on my 2003 Ford f 150 4.2l v6 and i have heard that you can get a supercharger off a lighting. I would like to know what would have to be done in order for it to fit correctly onto my engie!

You are probably referring to this company:

They sell the m-112 supercharger adapter which is what the 03-04 cobra and lightning use (different intake inlet locations though). Contacting them directly would probably be your best bet.
