Hey guys, I have my 2000 with the 4.6. I wanna run dual 45s behind the tires. What is a good way to do this? I dont want to spend a crazy amount of money. I can do the welding. Can I Y it off after the muffler or would I lose power that way? I heard someone say I may lose low end with 2 pipes coming from the muffler. What do y'all think? I already have a muffler in mind as well.

Shouldn't be a problem with doing that. You can do all the welding? Then just get the pipes and start working!

Alright, so I was under my truck this morning, and saw what I think may be a better way to run my exhaust. Right before the pipes Y together after the cats, I wanna cut. Then run an X pipe right there. Run the two pipes from the x until I get where the stock muffler is. There I wanna run a DIDO muffler. Then run tailpipes from there to do 45s behind both wheels. Any reasons why it wouldn't or shouldn't work?
