I haven’t done anything with forscan the truck is only a few months old. I’m going to check today to make sure the obd2 port is working properly and see if my dealership has any updates.

I assume it was a software issue. Ive gotten the new tuner and it works like a dream. Shift points are perfect and the truck rolls out nicely. Only complain I have is the window mount is a little loose where the screen will fall.

glad to here it is fixed, as far as the mount, is it the same as the FX 4 with the two slots on the back? if so Amazon has a nice one that attaches on the top of the dash via 3M tape and looks really good. I use it on my mustang and it also opens up a little more view out the window. you can get it under 20 bucks.

Just put a Bullydog (SCT) GTX in my 2017 2.7 EB standard cab XL. Parts seem high quality cords are flat and easy to route, magnetic attachment is good. Started up and updated easily in about 5 minutes time. Waiting on tunes and still learning how to work with it.
Will update. KM

Not long, have received and downloaded 2 tunes. Start to finish it took less than 20 minutes to accomplish.
Brew City Boost is where I purchased it from (local SE WI and close to my home), 2 days to ship, tunes posted to Cloud in 20 hours time.
Started with BCB's Highlander tune. Noticeable shifting performance up and down, crisper and quicker than stock, does not hang at shift points like Sport Trans mode does. Hard to admit (untuned the 2.7 is very responsive) but even more so. Need some time but will post comparisons stock and tuned. I'm impressed so far! KM

After getting the new tuner from SCT everything has worked great. For about 3 months. Lol the new tuner is now not receiving signal from the touch screen and again after going back and fourth with sct nothing has been resolved. Tried screen resets and everything they recommended now want me to pay to have it shipped back. I want my money back but my truck is tuned and I cannot untune.
