im thinking of geting the roush chrome over plastic grille and what does this mean that it goes over the stock grill or what?

Nope, the Roush grille is an insert that replaces your OEM grille. You have to pop out the OEM insert from your grille surround, then pop in the Roush. Not hard to do but if you plan to keep or sell on the OEM grille then you must be careful not to break the many plastic tabs that hold it in place. Do a search and I'm sure you can find the install instructions... or they usually come with the grille. You can't go wrong with the Roush, of course then you'll want to make one for the bumper insert. Check with FOMOCO466 - he's been building sets but I think I read where he's moving so I don't know what that's done to his production.
