Has anyone used or installed this on their 15 & up F150? I really like this design, but not sure how tough it really is. Fab Four also makes one that I am interested in. Anyone used this one?

IMO that doesn't look good at all. If looking for a permanently mounted winch, I'd go with a hidden winch mount from Rough Country or ICI, or a full replacement bumper with winch mount. If you don't off road a lot, want versatility, or don't want the added 100+ pounds permanently installed, pick up a multi mount winch and install a hidden front receiver hitch. I am considering this on my '14 using an ICI hidden winch mount and a bolt on receiver.
