Default RIZE 8" lift kit...go for 35's or 37's

i have a 08 f150 Limited that has stock 22's with the white insets. iam considering the Rize 8" lift kit, any comments on the kit? the only way i can continue to use these awesome rims is to use 37x13.50, not sure if i want to go that big. should i go with 20's and 35x12.50 Pro's and cons anyone? pics? either way i will go back with nitto mud grapplers

I think an 8" and 35's would not look as good as the 37's. Guys w/ 6" and 35's look like they could go a little bit more so I imagine the 8" would be even more so.

Hah it doesent matter anymore its so bad...i run 33's and i have just given up. But u should definately put 37's or larger or it will look like the tires are too small.

I think I can Answer your question! I got 8" Rize lift, 37" Toyos on 20". I have only rubbed 2 times, both turning sharp and going over a bump. My truck is mechanically bone stock down to the filter and stock exhaust. I put the edge programmer on economy and i am getting around 13-13.5 mpg.

You can see pics in my intro thread.

Go with 37's the mileage on that thing is already poor, 35's with an 8" lift are too small anyway and by the way I've never seen a limited that wasn't left stock let alone a setup like that which will look bad *** so make sure you post a pic after the install. Good luck!

I have the 8 in Rize kit and love it, I have 37X13.50 Kumhos with 22 in Mazzi Hulks. It functions really well and just toughens the look of the truck with the heavy duty bracketry. The ride is a little rougher but I was really impressed with the way the truck handles and rides. I give it
