Default Ridge Grapplers

So, ive had Terra Grapplers on my last 3 trucks and have loved them. I reached out to Nitto and they said id be more happy with the ridge grappler and wouldnt lose the ride quality or anything.

Well, i think compared to the Terra Grapplers they ride more rough...they arent mud terrains or anything but they dont seem to grip the road as much as the terra grapplers.

Does Nitto have a unhappy customer exchange policy? anyone buy tires they didnt like?

Air force guys always whining... even when they have to best of everything. maybe the shop you bought them from will work with you on a trade or you may just have to sell them and buy your Terra’s. MarkUSN

Lol, ill save my Navy jokes for later.

Yeah, they are a nice looking tire, just wasnt what i was expecting based on what the Tech from Nitto told me. He said "more aggressive looking tire, better off road performance, without compromising the ride and comfort." Then went on to say "engineers found a way to retain the quiet and comfort of the Terra Grappler."

And that isnt so, they handle worse on dry pavement, they dont ride as smooth, and are louder. Ill call the shop but im kinda blaming Nitto here, if i had made this assumption on my own or based off of customers it would be on me.
