Revolver x4 dont let the remote tailgate open work?

Hello, I just install the revolver x4 in a ford f150 platinum 5,6 bed, after intaling the remote open of the tailgate dors not work the tailgate get stop buy the cover, Now i have to pull it manually... Is this normal ? Or i did something wrong in the instalation?

It sounds like you may want to go over the installation again and make some minor adjustments. The Revolver X4 has the upgraded "bulb" seal which should allow it to work flawlessly with the automatic tailgates offered from Ford.
