After hauling a lot of people around in my 2010 F150 Access Cab, the only problem I run into is when a short person is trying to get in and out of the back seat as there are no handles. I can't get over Ford not putting something to help people get in.

Any ideas, modifications to get handles or something back there to make it easier for people to get in and out. The only thing I can see to use somehow are the coat hanger hooks.
