Don't have one in my F150, but I do have test results from my Dodge magnum 5.7.
I actually gained 5HP after the TBS, but that could also be due to ambient temps (dyno runs 3 months apart). Saw no real increase in MPG (maybe .5), but did notice a little more "noise" (which can also be translated to more HP by my "ear dyno").
Now this is a fully sponsored car, and I paid absolutely nothing for the part. If it came out of my wallet......I would not have bought it. Considering the small HP and MPG, it would take me over 6 years for the benefit to add up.
For those looking for some MPG coupled with a gain in HP.....leave the "snake oil" alone and save a little bit more and get a programmer. Believe me, you will be much happier
