Looking at this kit which includes to 2.25" front level, and 3" rear blocks.
There is conflicting information online. Some state 2wd only, others 2wd+4wd.

The Readylift website states 2wd only, however I don't see anything in the pictures that look different from buying the 4wd parts separately. The 2wd and 4wd rear blocks look identical.


Can anyone elaborate please before I pull the trigger?

In case anyone is interested, I called Readylift and they confirmed it that the 69-2200 kit will fit 2wd and 4wd. It is a typo on their site.
