So here's the kicker, are these as nice as my FX 20's?

Nope lol!! I would prefer the the 20's with meaty tires but those black raptor wheels do look really nice!

Haha thought so. If I could go 37's then I definitely would have used the 20" wheels.

How much are the raptoid led's? I'm running the f150lifts.com grille light kit and it doesn't work well with the raptoid. It sits too far back and looks like I am trying to illuminate the inside of the grille area.

Sorry for the side track...

I like the Raptor wheels better than the stock FX 20's. The younger truck owners seem to like the larger diameter wheels. I am old school (meaning I'm older ) and think a truck looks better with more tire meat & less wheel - also better offroad, especially if you air down tires.

I still think you should do some kind of custom raptor style mud graphics on the bed and not wrap the entire truck.

Thanks. I love 20's and 35's I really do. I still think they look so much better. Ideally 20's and 37's would be ultimate. But, 35's on 20's tend to ride harsh and also be extremely expensive. All in on the wheels I'm under $700 after the powder coat. Tires right at a $1k. Similar setup in 20's would have cost me a fortune.

Plus like you said, these are going to be so much more effective off road.

That will all depend on the cap situation.

Default Raptor Style Grille Kit for NORMAL F150 UPDATE

By the way, more on topic, my grill still looks great, no issues. Hard and fast down gravel roads and washboard dirt roads, no cracks, breaks, splits, nothing.

Great! I'll be anxiously waiting for the OEM style. The feedback you receive seems tremendous and the user pix look amazing! Definitely a purchase in my future!
