Remove the bolts on the underside of hood. Carefully pry the grille off. Search the forum there are how to's.

Get some nylon pry bars to get the hood cap off . Find them at any auto parts store etc.

Pry from both sides with even pressure and it should pop off pretty easy. Then you'll have 12 bolts or so to take off inside . Won't take long. Might break a few clips but not a big deal.

What did you use to attach the grille to the hood cap?
I used 3M double sided tape and it's not holding well on the sides, only the center is still in place. I plan to drill and use zip ties for the sides.

Does yours not have two screws that hold it in place ?

Just used 3m. I've tested it multiple times by holding it up by the hood cap and shaking it. Rock solid. Did u make sure both surfaces were cleaned with alcohol?
