Looking to swap my 2013 power running boards (Platinum) to my 2016 XLT Sport 4x4. Will they fit and will the harness transfer over?

 

Not without trying to modify it. The mounting points are different from the 09-14 and the 15+. Not to mention the harness for 2015+ is plug and play directly to the OBD II port. If you have the old harness you would need to also figure out which wires to tap.

I just did the install last week and noticed the mounts are completely different. 15+ has 3 studs, the old 09-14 use 2 bolts.
