I got may Peragon cover around Christmas time, and I absolutely love it! The one thing I did not have a chance to do is install the tailgate seal around the tailgate area. Does anybody have a picture of this installed??? When I get into some dusty/dirty areas, the bed gets a lil dirty inside. I was cleaning the truck the other day and just remembered I need to do this. Anybody got a pic so I can install this real quick????

Thanks
Bob

Hi Bob -

Glad to hear you're happy with your Peragon cover! I've asked our support staff to email you a PDF with detailed instructions and pictures for installing your Tailgate Seal Kit. One handy install tip is to cut a 1" piece off the end of the seal to experiment with. You can stick that 1" piece in various locations around the tailgate to check for the best seal position before committing to the actual installation. If you need anything else, we'll be here!

Well I got my Peragon cover on Friday (good fast shipping) and got to install it today. Took about 4 hours. Would have been faster but the sun was beaming on me the whole time and so I was moving slow, plus I wanted to be careful to ensure a good install.

Overall I think this is an excellent cover. I wish a couple of the seals could be better, since in a few areas there are slight gaps where water could get in, but these areas are very tiny and could be easily taken care of with rubber seals if it proves to let too much water in. This isn't a negative, it's the nature of the design.

The benefit is having an amazing looking, easily folding cover. Out of the box this thing just looks stunning on a truck. Yes it's work to put it on. I don't want to minimize that. But the instructions are easy to follow and the YouTube videos give really good hints. I think my experience would have been more pleasant if I wasn't getting baked the entire time (Not Peragons fault).

Once I got it on, the thing just worked. And looked darn good doing it. My wife came out once it was on and said "Wow". I was super pleased with the smooth rolling and the thing locks up solid.

I have no doubt this is the best priced, best valued aluminum bed cover on the market. Is it perfect? No. But it's about as darn close as you can get. Plus the customer service is top notch. I'd gladly recommend this cover to anyone who is considering it.

I got done too late for pictures tonight but tomorrow I'll be sure and snap a few shots for you guys. Mark me as a satisfied customer. Thank you to everyone at Peragon for making such a great product, please keep it up. We need more companies like you.

Just finished cleaning my truck and snapped a few pictures. This morning I went out and made a few adjustments to the cover which helped the opening and closing of it. Took it through a heavy duty car wash they have in town which really blasted it and less water than I thought would actually got in. Consider me impressed.

Nice truck! That cover really adds to the look of the whole truck! Currently in the process of trying to decide on a cover myself. Thought I had my mind made up on a BAK flip F1 cover, but after seeing this cover I may reconsider my options.
