Thank you! We've got your order in the system for shipment this next Monday the 29th. This makes 4...do I hear 5? Mac181?

Spot #5 is up for grabs, if Mac181 doesn't beat you to it. No worries, there's always #6...

Heath,

You'll probably get my order. I'm having my engineer neighbor do a quick stress/load calculation to see if the bed cover will handle his new wife and a brass dance pole for his fabulous pool parties. You'll probably be okay, she doesn't way very much.

I would say put your money where your mouth is, but in this case it might be more accurate to say put your money where you neighor's wife's G-string is. But that's just not right.

I'll be ordering tonight.

My only concern is the bedrail caps since they are not straight vertical on inside.

Someone take lots of photos to help the rest of us. :-)

Great!

The inside lip of the bedrail caps being slightly off vertical actually works out in our favor on the F150. It has the effect of tipping the horizontal leg of our mounting brackets slightly upward in their relaxed, "pre-load" state. After our guide rails are mounted, the weight on those brackets then brings them close to level quite nicely.

Once you receive your cover, if you have any questions at all during the install, please be sure to let us know. Our regular support hours are 9A-5P CT Mon-Fri. Of course, many of our customers are installing evenings or weekends, so we have callback support from 5P-9P CT Mon-Fri and 9A-9P CT on Saturday. Our support team is second to none! You'll reach someone who knows the product inside and out.

Thanks, I was worried about the install being complicated by that.

Order sent!

Website altering my name annoyed me.
Apparently someone doesn't like names with more than one capital letter in them.

Thank you! You've joined the Peragon Group Buy ranks in one of the prestigious single digit spots - #5. They're going fast!

We edited your order to give you two capitals in your name before we processed it: now that's white glove service! We implemented the auto-correction in the order form a while ago to avoid getting orders in all caps or all lower case - keeps the database looking cleaner. It is occasionally too smart for its own good though.

We're halfway to 10 orders and the $40 discount level!

Wow it shipped already.

Hopefully I'll be writing a positive review for you soon.

Other possible problem I thought of is how much force I'll need to get it folding up. 4x4 height might be a problem on that. I'll find out when it gets here. Didn't get those silly side steps on my truck. lol

Getting a review, perhaps with pictures, would be great! If you have anything that you're not happy with or that isn't working right, please let us know so we have the opportunity to correct it. We'll do what it takes to earn an enthusiastic review!

The 4x4 F150 bed is one of the higher truck beds. However, you shouldn't have any trouble opening the cover from ground level. So long as your rails are aligned properly and the cover is rolling smoothly, it won't take much pressure to open. My wife is 5' 4" and petite, so she has to stand on the step, but otherwise is able to open the cover fine.
