This thread has grown to epic proportions!

Right now on our web site the cover for your truck is $599 with Free Shipping to the 48 states. While the group buy is no longer running, if you contact our customer support team and reference you're a member of this forum, we'll give you a special discount.

Sure! When you place your order online you'll see a box for comments. Please enter this text (or something similar): "I'm a member of f150forum.com and my username is 'Hefitz'. Per Heath, please apply a discount to my order."

I wish I had better news! Thank you for your interest.
I assume the same verdict for the 04-09 stepside

You guessed it! The stepside has the same type of significant taper from front to back.

Im really looking to get an aluminum truck bed cover right now. Want one really badely, and Peragon seems to be the cheapest and from what i can tell, offers the best customer service :P. Going to shoot over an email to customer service right now and ask a few questions . My father bought my 2011 F150 Supercrew as sort of a surprise (He was going to get an expedition, and i have always wanted a pickup truck since i was in my mom's woom, haha). Pulled up one day in a brand spankin' new F150 . Tuxedo black, with tan leather interior. Unfortunately no moon roof, Navi, or the cool interior LED lighting kit but, hell, cant complain. Anyhow, the dealer made their own package and threw in some vinyl cover. Absolutely hate it. Total PITA To open (literally need a flathead screw driver and hammer to get the thing to release). Plus you need to watch out when loading the bed as the slightest somewhat sharp thing could poke a hole right through. Plus when it snowed a while back in October, the damn thing practically nearly caved in due to the snows weight. Stretched the crap out of it. Anyhow, going to shoot that email over now. Kind of excited, although its still expensive(cheaper than others, but doesnt mean its cheap in general :P), but hey, i suppose you get what you pay for :O.

We pride ourselves on offering top shelf customer service with a product to match all at a compelling price! Our Peragon truck bed cover is priced so much lower than any other retractable aluminum truck bed cover because we ship direct to you from our manufacturing facility in Bemidji, MN. Competing covers are sold through distributors and dealers who each add about 40% to the price of the product - which explains the $1200 to $1500 price tag they carry. We're retailing our cover for about what other covers wholesale for. If you take our current $599 price with Free Shipping and add 40% two times, you end up with a retail of about $1200 which is what our cover would sell for through traditional distribution. We're passionate about delivering value no one else can match. I'd love to have your order and I'm confident you'd be impressed with what we have to offer.

Should I wait until my spray in bed liner has been applied before I install the cover?
